BriteShot Releases New BritePower App to Enhance User Experience

BriteShot has announced the new BritePower app for both iOS and Android that’s designed to enhance the user experience for its BritePower modular power system, and it’s available in the app store as BritePower by CEI.

Specifically, the app was developed to maximize battery operation and management by providing instant updates on power levels. The app also enables users to hot-swap batteries with zero power loss when switching batteries out to charge and can be used to power the batteries on and off for more efficient and simple control.

“When deploying the app, there’s no need to hang around by the battery to monitor energy levels, because with built-in Wi-Fi hotspots, the app will send a push notification to the user when its batteries are getting low,” says Roy McDonald, co-founder at BriteShot. “BriteShot is committed to bringing innovative products and solutions to the market and the introduction of our BritePower app specifically for our BritePower modular batteries, is further proof of our dedication to making our customers’ workflow simpler and more mobile.”

The BritePower app integrates with the company’s recently released BritePower, a mobile energy delivery system that provides continuous power via hot-swappable lithium-ion manganese phosphate battery packs. BritePower eliminates the need for a generator in any application and it does not require permits.

BritePower’s renewable energy storage provides power for a multitude of uses, including houses of worship including agricultural and cultivation, hospitals, schools, emergency services, homes, energy resilience, recreational vehicles and more. The 30-amp invertor, the battery and the charger are custom built mobile road cases for efficient transport.

The BritePower modular power base system consists of a charger, a 4kW AC to DC inverter and one 2.5-kWh (kilowatt hours) battery pack. Multiple battery packs can be connected simultaneously, parallel to the invertor, to extend the energy capacity to 5kWh or more. Alternatively, one battery can be charged while the other is in use. In this configuration, a fully charged battery can be connected to the system before removing a depleted one, allowing for uninterrupted power delivery, which is a must-have for mission-critical and time-sensitive applications. Each battery pack charges in approximately two and half hours and lasts three hours depending on power consumption.
