Leading control and automation manufacturer RTI will present its latest commercial solutions in control, automation, and audio distribution in Booth C9047 at InfoComm 2024, June 12-14, in Las Vegas. Integrators will get a first look at the new Intelligent Surfaces touchpanels, and the next-generation audio distribution DSP matrix amplifier line, plus the now-shipping Intelligent Meetings ecosystem.

“We’re highlighting solutions that help integrators win more business in the office and hospitality verticals,” said RTI Head of Global Marketing Bill Hensley. “At InfoComm 2024, we’ll showcase the new Intelligent Meetings ecosystem, which elevates the hybrid meeting in huddle spaces and conference rooms with ease of use, seamless integration, scalability, and exceptional customization. Our new Intelligent Surfaces touchpanels elevate the meeting experience even further with tabletop and on-wall options. In audio, we’ve reimagined our distribution and amplification portfolio with a suite of DSP matrices, including 70V/100V options. These are all about ensuring integrators have comprehensive solutions to meet any client need.”

The centerpiece of the RTI InfoComm booth will be the Intelligent Meetings ecosystem. Available now, Intelligent Meetings enables the audio, video, and easy collaboration needed in today’s hybrid work environment, from huddle spaces to large conference rooms. Compatible with leading video conferencing platforms, it makes every meeting an in-person meeting. The ecosystem integrates natively into RTI systems and operates as a standalone solution, as well as with other control systems. It starts with an intuitive meeting room experience to get the meeting started on time, with clear instructions on the customizable welcome screen for all presenters and guests, including Wi-Fi connectivity information and the multiple connection options that ensure seamless transitions between collaborators. The ecosystem is anchored by the UC-IVB-50 4K Intelligent Video Bar and includes the UC-MXT Media Xchange™ Transmitter, UC-IVB-EXM Expansion Microphone, and UC-IVB-TM Display Mount.

The new Intelligent Surfaces touchpanel line—the 5-inch IST-5 and the 10-inch IST-10—enable integrators to elevate system control in all commercial, hospitality, and house of worship settings. They each feature a capacitive touchscreen with 1920×1200 (IST-10) and 854×480 (IST-5) resolutions and a true-black display filter for exceptional clarity. With an ultra-thin bezel, near-flush mount (less than ½” off the wall), single-gang mount, and compact form-factor, the touchpanels make an elegant statement in landscape or portrait mount.

The high-resolution displays are 100% customizable for the RTI user interface, with fast response and easy swiping. The proximity sensor enables a fast, hands-free wake while the ambient light sensors automatically adjust display brightness. Both touchpanels can play high-resolution video in H.264 or H.265 format and are ideal for viewing security camera feeds. Dual speakers, a far-field microphone array, SIP-readiness, plus full duplex capability also make them perfect for intercoms and as an interface with video doorbells. The two-mic array features a mute button plus hardware-based echo cancellation. The camera on the IST-10 features a hardware privacy shutter for added security.

Shipping in mid-June is the all-new RTI Audio Distribution DSP matrix amplifier line. Each new chassis in the line enables seamless routing of both digital and analog sources to any desired zone and features a comprehensive set of DSP controls. The series includes the AD-46-100, a 4×6 DSP matrix amplifier for distribution of up to four audio sources to six zones, with four zones amplified at 100W, and the AD-810-100, an 8×10 DSP matrix amplifier for up to eight sources and 10 zones, with eight zones amplified at 100W. For larger projects, the AD-1616 is a DSP matrix distributing 16 sources to 16 zones. Both the AD-46-100 and AD-810-100 feature two line-level pre-outs for connection to 70V and 100V systems. Accordingly, RTI is introducing two new 70V/100V solutions. The AMP-4-125 is a 4-channel 125W, 2-channel 70V/100V 250W DSP matrix amplifier, while the AMP-8-125 is an 8-channel 125W, 4-channel 70V/100V 250W DSP matrix amplifier.
