Tithely Acquires Breeze Church Management Software

by | Administration, Leadership, News, Operations

Tithely, the global leader in church technology, is excited to announce that they have acquired Breeze Church Management Software.

Dean Sweetman, Chief Executive Officer of Tithely, shared, “Tithely creates best-in-class software for churches, so that they can more effectively preach the gospel and grow their church. With this acquisition of Breeze, we will be able to add incredible technology and features to our arsenal of tools for churches, and we’re even more excited for the wonderful team of nearly 50 employees who will join the Tithely family.”

Frank Barry, Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Tithely, added, “The team at Breeze is extremely talented and has built amazing software that their customers absolutely love. We’re eager to bring the two companies together to increase the impact we have on churches around the world. Tithely + Breeze = nearly 200 full time employees waking up every day thinking about serving the Church with technology. That’s incredible!”

“Breeze was a natural fit for us. Both Tithely and Breeze were started by pastors and have teams who are dedicated to their local churches and want to see them grow,” Barry added.

Tithely provides the tools you need to engage with your church online, stay connected, increase generosity, and simplify the lives of your staff. By adding Breeze Church Management Software to the platform, Tithely can better enhance its all-inclusive solution to churches of every size, at market leading prices.

“I’m thrilled for the impact that Tithely and Breeze can have together for the Church,” added Jon VerLee Founder of Breeze. “At the end of the day, maximizing the impact of the Church is what is most important and joining forces allows for exactly that.”

Current Breeze customers can continue using the Breeze system as they do everyday, and there are no plans to change the price. For the time being, Breeze will continue to operate as a stand-alone company, with nearly 50 employees continuing to maintain and improve it and provide support, and more information on how the two companies will merge will be forthcoming.
